ししゃものピリ辛香り揚げ
材料
食辣油ふりかけ
ししゃも 8尾
白すりごま 小さじ2
天ぷら粉 50g
水 100ml~
小麦粉 適量
揚げ油 適量
作り方
下準備 ししゃもは水気を拭き取り、小麦粉を薄くまぶしておく。
バッター液をつくる 天ぷら粉に水を加えてよく混ぜ合わせ、食辣油ふりかけ、白すりごまを加えて混ぜる。
揚げる ししゃもをバッター液にくぐらせて170°Cの揚げ油で揚げて完成。
