◆砂糖 12g
◆味の素 2g
◆ラー油 7g
◆ごま油 5g
おろししょうが
サラダチキン(茹で鳥なら可)
きゅうり
梅スパイス
作り方
きゅうりを千切り、鶏を5㎜幅でカットしお皿に盛りつける
◆を混ぜる
練りごまと少しずつ合わす※一気に合わすと分離してしまう
③におろししょうがを加える
①に④をかけ、梅スパイスをかけたら完成
