肉巻きおにぎり
材料
食辣油ふりかけ
ごはん 150g
牛肩ロース 100g
焼肉のタレ 30g
ごま 適量
油 3g
作り方
下準備 ごはんと食辣油ふりかけを混ぜる。
成形 混ぜごはんを俵型にする。
巻く 混ぜごはんにお肉を巻いていく。
焼く 両面をフライパンで焼いて、焼き肉のタレを絡める。
仕上げ お皿にレタスと肉巻きおにぎりを盛り食辣油ふりかけをかけて完成。
