エビの食辣油炒め
材料
食辣油
むきえび 中100g
きゅうり 1本
長ねぎ 4cm
作り方
切り方 きゅうりは4等分に切り、さらに縦に6等分にします。 長ねぎは5mm幅の小口切りにします。
茹でる むきえびは背ワタを取って洗い、沸騰したお湯で茹で、ゆで上がったら食辣油に漬けます。 (えびはゆで過ぎるとかたくなるので丸くなったら引き上げます。)
混ぜる えびときゅうりと長ねぎを加えて混ぜ、器に盛りつけて食辣油をかけて完成。
